Nordic Woods Trail
NORDIC WOODS TRAIL - Stone Lake, WI Nordic Woods Trail is a 11 kilometer groomed cross-country skiing trail at the beginner and intermediate level. There are both classical and skating style ski trails, as well as a beginner loop. The trail is particularly scenic, passing along and near several small lakes, providing some great opportunities to enjoy some wonderful scenic winter vistas. Be sure to check out this great winter trail. From Ladysmith, head north on Highway 40 to Highway 70. Go west on Highway 70 to Stone Lake, then turn left on Highway B and continue to trail. From Rice Lake head east on Highway 48 to County M. Turn left, go to Highway B (four-way stop). Turn right on County B and continue to trail. Please note - maps are not to scale |
